Wow, the views from our room were just amazing! I loved the comfy electronic blinds for catching some extra sleep. The staff was really pleasant too. Only thing was the taxi driver we booked through the hotel. He took us the long way, which was kinda shady. The bar area looked nice, but we didn't eat there.

The Panorama Lounge service also left a bit to be desired, with dirty glasses often left unattended and staff scarce at times. I expected better for such a high-end establishment. Additionally, parking rates felt quite steep. A more reasonable rate would have been appreciated.
